We here at Texas Van Co. work hard to make sure that each van is specific to our clients wants and needs. This means that in the first moments of your build process we sit down with you to discuss everything that you want in your dream home on wheels.

Drawings

Once we establish the layout of your van and the materials you want, we create a layout plan and a realistic rendering for you to be able to get a feel for your van long before we ever start the build process.

Approval

After you have approved the layout and materials of your build, we will take a deposit to start the build process. We here at TVC require a 50% deposit for all full builds. If you come to us with a partial build or modification build, we then only require a 15% deposit since these builds typically require a lot less upfront cost.

We build

We begin the building process; we offer three different build styles in the high roof vans which you can check out over on our pricing page. If you are looking for something in a smaller van or a car or truck, then we do customize packages for those as well. The typical build time varies depending on the package you choose but we typically will build anywhere from 1-4 months. We also give you monthly updates of the build process so that you can see how your van is progressing.

Payment

Once your build has started the building process, we take the remainder of the money you owe on the build.

you hit the road

We will contact you when the van has passed all its final checks and is ready for you to pick up.

TVC is always excited for pick up day, we never want to let go of the vans we build but we know that you will love your new home.
